My name is O'Mar and I was car-less when I came there to purchase my car and had very little money to my name. They were able to work with me to get me into a car then I had a few issues with the cosmetics of the car and my salesperson (Santos) bent over backwards to be sure that it was taken care of. I had an issue with my payment dates and Jim and Marshall had it taken care of for me! I suggest this place to anyone who doesn't have a car or is justness looking for a new one. I'm proud to say I've bought my car from here and these people at this business truly care about their customers being happy!
There's no place like here. Love the exceptional service lovely and welcoming staff they have a fun children area definitely recommend this place for anyone even first time buyers like myself. Marshall and Santos are the go to guys so professional.

This 5 star review is for the process of buying the vehicle, and how I was treated and the way John handled the communication and sale itself. I was shopping for a used car for myself, spent days looking online and beating my head against the wall with other dealerships and getting nowhere. John contacted me and I told him what I wanted to look at - I got there, he had the keys to each car I wanted to look at, I picked one, he did the deal. ZERO haggling or pressure,a very good experience. I drove off the lot with a car that I am VERY pleased with. I am not the type that goes in wanting to haggle, complain and play games, I prefer straight forward communication with zero games, that is exactly what I got and I was thrilled with this purchase process and I love my Toyota.
