Nice and clean. Lady that work there very nice. Machines are good clean. Went out of my way to use laundry mat. Was better than other ones in Orlando. I have new machine so I will only go for washing comforter.
Horrible customer service. When I tried to contact the owner to tell them about my bad experience they sided with their employee who lied. I was so offended and disgusted at the treament they gave that I wanted to make sure anyone looking for a laundromat in the area had a review that showed the truth about this place.

I went to this laundromat based on the high reviews it got, but I have to say its not a very clean place. There's water between the rows of washers that is gross and has funk growing in it. The ceiling has stains and some of the panels are warped. The floor was dirty and the place seems old. Some of the machines did not work. I went at 8pm on a Sunday so I can't tell you about the staff, but my overall impression is enough to make me never go back. Euw.

Place is extremely hot. The thermostat is reading 89 degrees today. The fans aren't on, and the air must be high so it doesnt go off, certain members of the staff are unprofessional when approached for help, some washing machines don't work correctly and they leave your clothes extremely wet, the dryers must not be set to a high temperture because you have to spend over $3.00+ to dry a medium load. There are dryers and machines that are "Out of Order" which makes wait longer to wash and dry. I have had to leave the laundry mat because the machine that dispenses quarters wouldn't accept the bills. I've had to call the owner to let him know that the machine did not let out the water after his worker gave me attitude and refused to help resolve the issue.
